Cadence is free while in early access. Every feature included: scheduling, no-show defense, status pages, calendar sync, ATS integration, and GDPR tooling.
Free while in early access
Cadence is currently in early access, and early-access workspaces pay nothing. That is the whole price list: every feature, every integration, every candidate, free while we build alongside our first teams.
- Candidate self-scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation links.
- No-show defense with confirmation cascades and recruiter alerts.
- Private candidate status pages and consent-gated email with templates.
- Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 sync.
- Greenhouse and Lever integration, or standalone CSV import.
- Interviewer scorecards, pipeline views, dashboards, and SLA nudges.
- GDPR tooling: encryption at rest, retention automation, one-click erasure.
What happens after early access
Team plans will be announced before general availability. Early-access workspaces will always get clear notice, a migration path, and time to decide before any billing starts; nothing will be switched on silently. Candidate-facing pages stay free by nature: candidates never need an account and are never a billable seat.
Why free right now
Early access is how we harden the product against real pipelines: real calendars, real panels, real reschedules, real erasure requests. The teams using Cadence today shape the roadmap directly. In exchange, they get the full product without a bill and a direct line to the people building it.
