Cadence — interview scheduling that respects candidates
Cadence helps recruiters schedule interviews, cut no-shows, and keep candidates informed — with no candidate account required. It syncs with Google and Microsoft calendars and is built for GDPR.
What Cadence does
- One-link self-scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation.
- A no-show confirmation cascade with recruiter alerts.
- A private candidate status page with live stage, next step, and dates.
- Consent-recorded email and one-click right-to-erasure.
How it works
- Connect Google or Microsoft 365 calendars, then sync candidates from Greenhouse or Lever — or import a CSV. Working hours, buffers, and daily caps per interviewer are enforced in the slot math.
- Send one self-scheduling link. The candidate picks a time against real availability — no account, no back-and-forth email. Panels, reschedules, and cancellations work from the same private link.
- Cadence runs the follow-through: confirmations, reminders, the no-show confirmation cascade, interviewer scorecards, and ATS write-back.
Made for small recruiting teams working under GDPR
